Harvey Public Schools District 152 believes that homework is a very important part of a child's education. It provides students with the practice necessary to make use of basic skills taught in the classroom. Homework can also be used to provide reinforcement, practice, appication and enrichment of what is learned in class. Since it is an important part of a child's education, homework is regularly assigned at all grade levels and in most subjects. Purpose
