I am a teacher in Harvey School District 152 and serve as Reading First Coordinator in Harvey, Illinois. In addition, I am currently an adjunct professor at Governors State University. I received a B.S. in Education from Bowling Green State University and a M.A. from Governors State University with a specialization in mathematics education.  In addition, I am a trained Reading Recovery teacher and served as district technology facilitator.

Governors State University is located in University Park, Illinois. 
Courses Taught
EDCP 735 and EDCP 732 are currently two of the courses taught as part of the master's degree program in Computer Education.

Whittier Elementary School Art
Whittier Elementary is located in Harvey, Illinois, which is one of Chicago's southern suburbs. Our K-6 school has 537 students and is one of seven schools in Harvey School District 152. Brooks Junior High School is our school for 7th and 8th grade students.  Our high school students go to Thornton Township High School in Thornton Township 205 School District. 

As the technology facilitator, I run  the technology learning center and provide staff development opportunities for staff members.
