• Your task is to create a slide show using KidPix Studio Deluxe. You will need to make a minimum of 5 different individual slides using the KidPix portion of the program.  Save each slide with a different name onto a disk or the hard drive.

• The first slide should be a title slide which includes your name. The other 4 or more slides should show the main events of a story in sequential order. The story can be one that your students read in class-whether in the basal or authentic children's literature.

•  AFTER all slides are completed, you will then begin to create your slideshow.  Open the slideshow section and place these completed slides onto the trucks in the slideshow by clicking on the little picture.  Then you will add transitions, timing, and sounds. If you need assistance with creating the slideshow, see your instructor.

• Save your slideshow and be ready to demonstrate it to the class.
