A child starts their learning journey almost immediately and parents are their first teachers. Harvey School District 152 partners, encourages and supports families with the opportunity to connect with parents, access valuable resources, and feel supported through their parenting journey.
Whether you are looking for information on prenatal care, child development, parenting tips, or a fun way to connect with others in the community, Harvey is here for you!
Our prenatal/birth to three program provides valuable resources free of charge and we are always welcoming new families!
To learn more, call Lead Parent Educator Rasheedah McCamury at 708-796-3788 or visit our website: https://www.harvey152.org/page/birth-to-three-program

Recently, our Board of Education approved our 2023-2028 Strategic Goals!

Support a learning environment that is safe, inclusive, and engaging for all students
Grow and maintain a work environment that recruits and retains high-quality staff
Enhance communication and community relations

These goals were developed by stakeholder feedback including focus groups and surveys. Our district PBIS program promotes positive behavior within our school buildings. Students who are recognized for their positive behavior have a chance to win prizes each month! The PBIS raffle winners for the month of October include Verania Orozco (4th Grade), Georven Johnson Jr. (2nd Grade), Maximillian Santana (1st Grade).
Many thanks to Pam Banks at Restoration Ministries for donating different items to support PBIS at HES!
