Congratulations to Whittier School for receiving the "AdoptAClassroom.org" grant from International Subaru of Orland Park. They believe all children deserve a quality education, and as such, they want to do their part to help provide some of the resources necessary for our students to learn and thrive in the classroom. They will be adopting 6 classroom at Whittier School this September. Thanks to Carlos Uribe and the team at International Subaru of Orland Park.
Join our partners Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, this weekend, August 11th, for their 25th Annual "BACK TO SCHOOL" rally from 12pm-3pm. Meet us at Holmes School for an amazing time to celebrate students headed back to school.

Last month, Harvey Educational Foundation hosted their 27th Annual Golf Outing! The event took place at Glenwoodie Golf Club in Glenwood with more than 106 participants. Along with their annual gala, this event raises funds for teacher mini grants. Thank you to the Foundation for their continued support of our students and staff!
Mark your calendars! The first day of school of the 2024-25 school year in Harvey School District 152 is Monday, August 19. We can’t wait to see our students and staff back in the buildings!

Beginning next month, registration for new and returning Pre-K-8th grade students will take place on the following dates and times at Brooks Middle School (14748 Wallace St. Harvey, Ill.).
- Tuesday, Aug. 6: 1-7 p.m.
- Wednesday, Aug. 7: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.
- Thursday, Aug. 8: 1-7 p.m
- Saturday, Aug.10: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m.

As a reminder, Harvey School District 152 buildings will be closed July 4 and 5 in observance of the Independence Day holiday.
