Whittier Elementary School created the "ABC Countdown to Summer” attendance incentive campaign. Each day, students engaged in activities beginning with a letter of the alphabet. A few examples included students participating in "C for career day,” "G for glow day,” "L for lemonade day," "M for masquerade day," and "Q for quartet day.” It was great to see students enjoying all of the activities!
School is the place to be – the first day of school is Monday, August 21!
