Preschool Screening
Do you have a child who is turning 3 years old this school year? Are you interested in having your child attend Harvey's Preschool for All Program for the 25-26 School Year? If so please register your child online and complete this screening request form.
It is very important that you bring all of the required documentation with you to your screening appointment. Please view the "Required Documents" below for a list of all the required documents to bring to your appointment.
